Are you guys ready for the funnest party celebrating all things Sherlock yet? I know it’s sort of last minute, but we’ve got some AWESOME stuff planned for this thing. Here’s what you need to know:
When: Sunday, August 5th at 2 p.m. until we get bored
Where: The clubhouse of my apartment complex (but not my actual apartment, you don’t get to see where I live, sorry). Rather than paste the name of the place all over tumblr, you can find info on the Facebook Event page. This place is awesome guys, lots of space, free wi-fi, kitchen and a theater room.
Why: To end the official Sherlock Week with a bang and to help me get through some of my tea from Adagio!
Food: This is a pot-luck type of event, so feel free to bring food to share! It could be something you slave over for hours, but we’ll be just as grateful if you swing by Kroger for a couple bags of Chips. If you have special dietary needs (gluten free, vegetarian, allergies, etc) let us know and we’ll make sure you have options as well! ….I will also probably be making Sherlock tea infused ice cream.
Drink: I’ll be providing lots of Sherlock and other fandom teas, so bring your own tea cup if you feel like drinking in style! Feel free to bring sodas or any other drinks if you’d like! No alcohol will be served.
Games: We have a few games planned but we’re going to keep those a surprise ;) But there will be prizes! Stickers and buttons and candy oh my!
Costume Contest: Dress to impress! We’ll chose three winners with some AWESOME prizes up for grabs:

Raffle: We’re doing a raffle juuuusssst in case the unthinkable happens and somehow we manage to destroy the event space and I lose the hefty deposit on it. I’m sure it won’t come to that, so the plan for the raffle is to help us cover the cost of supplies, but most of it will be donated to The Teenage Cancer Trust. Raffle tickets will be $2 and $5. Prizes for the raffle include:
